Travel Tips...Know before you go!
Proof of Citizenship: All airlines will ask for identification when you check in. Passports must be valid for six months beyond your travel date. Take along a photocopy of your passport and applicable visa.
Luggage: Label your luggage (both inside and outside) and important items with your name, address and telephone number. Airline Regulations: The sum of the length, height and width of your bag should not exceed 62 inches. Weight limitations vary.
Prescription Medication: Take an adequate supply. Pack medication in your carry on luggage. Carry an extra prescription in case medication is lost!

Reservation & Deposit Information: The hotel and cruise lines have strict payment requirements detailed in their brochure which must be adhered to in order to preserve your reservation. We will inform you of the terms and conditions prior to booking. We urge you to read all of the conditions so that there is no misunderstanding.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY NO SHOWS: No credit or refund will be given for no shows on the day of departure. REFUNDS ON DAY TRIPS will be made ONLY if a replacement can be found. REFUNDS ON MULTIPLE DAY TRIPS will be made prior to final payment date. No cancellation charges exist, except where airline charges may apply. NO REFUNDS will be issued after final payment date. Cancellation insurance is available for multiple day trips. PLEASE DO NOT ASK US TO MAKE EXCEPTIONS!
In the event you cancel your trip after an eligible period, you will be charged cancellation penalties as stipulated by the cruise line or tour company. Again the penalties and terms are defined in the brochure and/or on their Web site.

ON THE ROAD AGAIN TRAVEL herein referred to as "OTRAT" acts only as an agent for the passenger in all matters connected with hotel accommodations, sightseeing tours, restaurants and transportation, whether by motorcoach, boat, air, rail or any other means, and shall be responsible for providing transportation, tours and hotel accommodations are independent contractors and are not the employees of OTRAT. OTRAT will not be responsible for any damage, expense or inconvenience caused by late departure, schedule changes, cancellations, loss of property or luggage, strikes or acts of God, nor are we responsible for the willful or negligent act and/or omissions of the providers of the services. OTRAT retains the right to substitute accommodations of services comparable quality if the advertised services become unavailable. By utilizing our services, you agree OTRAT shall not be liable for any accident, injury, property damage or personal loss to you or those traveling with you. OTRAT reserves the right to decline, accept or retain any person as a member of a tour at any time, for any reason, before or during the tour. OTRAT reserves the right to cancel any tour and its sole liability shall be the refund of moneys paid. We do not assume responsibility for any errors or omissions in this brochure.
